Outdoor training for real people
You don’t need to be super-fit, experienced or working towards a big goal to train with us. Our outdoor circuit sessions are designed for all abilities, giving everyone the opportunity to exercise at their own level in a friendly and supportive environment.
Every session is different, combining strength, cardio and mobility work to build well-rounded fitness and keep training varied and enjoyable.
Train for whatever comes next
Our sessions naturally support the needs of runners, helping to develop the strength, mobility and overall fitness that can improve performance and reduce the risk of injury.
But you don’t have to be a runner to join us. Outdoor circuits are equally suited to anyone who wants to:
-
Become stronger and fitter
-
Improve their mobility
-
Support their running or prepare for an event
-
Add variety to their existing training
-
Enjoy exercising outdoors
-
Have fun and get moving with other people
Whether you have a specific goal or simply want to feel better, you’ll always be encouraged to work at the level that is right for you.
More than an exercise class
The community is a big part of what makes Simply Human different. Our group is fun, friendly and welcoming, with experienced members training alongside people attending for the first time.
The connections continue beyond the sessions too. We regularly socialise, attend local and national running events together and take part in our annual international running adventure.
You can join in with as much or as little as you like. There’s no pressure, just plenty of encouragement and a group of good people who make showing up more enjoyable.
