We’re not here to promise you’ll “transform your life in 30 days” or anything like that.

 

What we will say is this, getting outside and moving with other people is genuinely brilliant. It clears your head, makes you stronger, and gives you that little boost that makes the rest of life feel a bit easier.

 

Every 45 minute session works for everyone. We’ve got first-timers training alongside people who’ve been doing this for years, and it just… works. You do your version, they do theirs, and everyone leaves feeling like they’ve smashed it in their own way.

 

And it’s outside!! Because we all spend more than enough time indoors. Fresh air, space, daylight – they do you good. Whatever the weather, you’ll always feel better for showing up.

 

It’s fitness that feels good and gets you ready for the kind of adventures you want to say yes to – the big ones, the small ones, and all the “real life” challenges in between.

And for a lot of our crew, “what comes next” isn’t just day-to-day life. We also run Simply Human Adventures – weekend hikes, trail runs, mountain challenges and the kind of trips that remind you you’re capable of more than you think. Training with us sets you up for those moments, whether it’s your first 5k on a hill or one of our adventure events here in the UK or Europe.

 

No pressure. No judgement. Just good people, good energy, and 45 minutes that actually make a difference.
