When is it?

 

First Sunday of the Month | 9am | Meet at Smalltown

 

Ready to start your Sunday with a smile, a run, and maybe a slice of cake? Join us on the first Sunday of every month for a relaxed, community-led 5k run, starting and finishing at Smalltown, our favourite local coffee spot.

 

Whether you’re a regular runner or just lacing up for the first time, you’re welcome. The pace is gentle, the vibe is friendly, and the coffee is always worth it.

It’s all about getting people moving, meeting new faces, and feeling good in body and mind.

From time to time we will also be arranging ad-hoc running training session including Hill repeats, intervals or Fartlek runs.
