How it works
You answer 120 questions
Each one asks how well it describes you, on a scale from 1 to 5.
We score 15 subfactors
Answers group into fifteen subfactors, which combine into your five factor scores.
You get bands, not rankings
The bands show how strongly each tendency came through in your answers. They don't compare you with other people, and a high score isn't better than a low one.
Moderately high
3.83 / 5
1
5
How to interpret the scores. The dot sits at the score, and the label above gives the band and the number. A 3.83 sits a little past the middle, giving a moderately high scare

WHY IT'S USEFUL
The more clearly you understand yourself, the more choice you have.
This isn't about putting you in a box. It helps you notice what tends to come naturally, where you may need to be more deliberate, and how the same tendency can sometimes be both a strength and a challenge.
