Let’s be honest,


Most of us don’t wait until something hurts to start thinking about our bodies.

The Pain Free Project was created as a response to that pattern, because you deserve better than just reacting to pain when it gets unbearable.


So what is it?


The Pain Free Project is a 4-week movement and habit-building programme designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and reduce those everyday aches and pains that so many of us just… tolerate.


It’s built around a simple truth:


Pain often comes from how we move, or don’t move, through everyday life.

So we created a structure that helps you move more, move better, and keep showing up consistently.


Using our app for easy access and nudges to support you, each week includes:


  • 3 focused workouts that target awareness, mobility, and strength

  • 3 walks, ideally with a bit of elevation, to restore natural movement

  • Daily tasks, including blogs, videos, and recovery sessions

  • A strong focus on habits, so the results don’t disappear after four weeks


It’s not rehab.

It’s not punishment.

It’s a structured way to build a body that works, and keeps working.


Who’s it for?


Honestly? Pretty much anyone who:


  • Feels stiff, sore, or out of sync

  • Wants to move more but isn’t sure where to start

  • Has tried “stretching more” or “doing yoga” but never stuck with it

  • Is active—but always dealing with tight hips, cranky knees, or a lower back that flares up

  • You can even use it as a preventative measure to stop aches and pains from occurring
